    great intro video I was surprised to learn that Red tea aka rooibos tea and Yerba Mate were actually not teas and just herbal infusions. Adagio classifies Rooibos seperate from it’s herbals and I have seen Rooibos marketed as “red tea” Yerba Mate is also is sometimes seperated from herbals due mostly to it’s popularity but when it offered at a tea house I have mostly seen it included as being classed with green tea and not properly with herbals/infusions.
