  • this is cool info! thanks.

  • I love all the content you have up on your site I really hope you keep up with the video content you are really binging the tea culture not only to a new audience but also putting the way of tea in a whole new format to be enjoyed. I also feels that your videos are sensitive to the way of tea, and convey the information in being respectful of the history, art and traditions you are commiting to video. I must admit I’m not entirely sold on filtered water, I have been told that the minerals in different waters can enhance the taste of tea and I find that, being the country brat that I am, filtered just doesn’t match up to well water when you can get it at least for back tea, I’ve been living in the city since I branched out into greens but if you read the old texts for greens I believe mountain water is what is called for. Not everyone one might have access to good tasting clean water unless it’s filtered but I would like to point of the value of testing different waters when making tea, you may find that a blend you didn’t like actually taste quite good when paired with the right water type.

  • Keep up the videos on the nectar of the Gods. We Americans need to get rid of this Starbucks poisoning. Tea is life and love.
